The SnowCloudSweater is knitted seamlessly in one piece from top to bottom. The work begins with casting on stitches for the neckline, divided into a twisted 1/1 rib pattern. The ribbing is then worked in rounds, with increases on both sides of a shoulder stitch on each shoulder to form the shoulder slopes.
Next, the ribbing is only continued over the central 5 stitches of the front, while the remaining stitches are worked in stockinette stitch. Increases continue on both sides until the front and back pieces are separated and worked back and forth to create the armholes.
Once the required sleeve height is reached, the front and back pieces are joined again, and the body is worked in stockinette stitch in rounds to the bottom hem. The hem is finished in ribbing. Finally, stitches are picked up at both armholes to knit the sleeve cuffs in ribbing.
