Description

The full flap jacket is knitted seamlessly in one piece from the top down. First, stitches are cast on for the back neckline and the upper back, over which stitches are knitted in back and forth rows, first with increases for the shoulder slants on both sides, then straight down to the armpits. After the stitches of the upper back have been cast off, new stitches are cast on one after the other from the shoulder slants, to which the upper front sections are joined. The button plackets are already knitted in. The front and back pieces are joined together at underarm height and knitted in one piece to the desired length. For the sleeves, stitches are picked up from the knitted edges of the back and front pieces and knitted in the round.
