Description

#ElisaSlipover by Tanja Steinbach
The ElisaSlipover is knitted in separate pieces from the bottom up and then sewn together. It is entirely worked in a rib pattern, also called "false English rib." At the armholes, new stitches are cast on at both sides, and the armhole edges are worked in a slip stitch pattern simultaneously. After assembly, stitches are picked up around the neckline to knit the neckline edge in the round.

The scarves are worked back and forth in rib until the desired length is achieved. For the Color Blocking scarf, the colors are changed approximately every 50 cm.

The hats are worked in rounds from the cast-on edge to the top. The folded brim hat is worked in rib with extra length for folding. For the Color Blocking hat, a ribbed edge is worked first, followed by ribbing with color changes to achieve the blocking effect.
